Policy:

All face to face tutoring sessions are held in students home or public libraries. These sessions run for 60 minutes in length ( see pricing). A parent or an adult 18 years or older must be present in the home during each in- home session.

 

Cancellation:

We understand that things happen and emergencies occur that are beyond our control. Please provide a 24 hour cancellation notice. If the session is cancelled the same day: First, cancellation is permitted free of charge per month. Second, cancellation will result in a $15 dollar cancellation fee. A third cancellation will result in a $25 dollar cancellation fee, and a fourth cancellation will result in a full price fee. This is a sequence for each month.
